Don't forget to let the filly fairy go when you have finished

Congratulations, she is adorable! I don't see silver smoky black though, because usually silver will show up as a gray or blonde mane. She looks sorrel but it could just be the picture? Silver won't show up on a red base horse. But she is gorgeous no matter the color.

she may not be silver smoky black but I dont think she is red either , I did consider a buckskin but as her sire is homozygous for silver she would have to be silver buckskin and she doesnt really look like that either , Im rubbish with newborn colours ! I wonder if a video would show her colour better

I only have one mare left to foal so I have given the filly fairy her freedom !!!! Ill take my chances with the last mare lol

She is beautiful! Love her color, and such a pretty head too!! Congratulations! And I'm sure glad you're letting the Filly Fairy go. LOL

Beautiful filly!!

I think she looks silver buckskin.

When my foals that are silver (bay, black, buckskin) where born, the silver in the mane and tail came as they shedded their baby hair. And the silver bays legs got darker (from blonde to grayish black) with age also, and could take as long as 4 years of age.

So my guess on her color is, she IS a silver, buckskin 1st, bay 2nd, and then black 3rd. It will be interesting to see what everyone else thinks.

I was thinking that she looked buckskin too, so silver buckskin is my guess. Regardless of her color, she's beautiful.

Congratulations!!

I think she looks to be a silver buckskin. She actually looked some shade of dun to me, but I guess if neither parent is dun, that can be safely ruled out. She's a pretty little thing, and you are sooo lucky, with 5/5 fillies!!

5 out of 5!!!!! What are you feeding those mares!!!! CONGRATS!

Thankyou , Ill probably get all colts next year as my come uppance heheheh

you probably cant tell from the first pics but her star is very lopsided , is that spash causing that ? Im thinking that due to the amount of white on her she is splash and tobiano ?
