Yes, both the person and all three of the horses. Shirley very kindly invited me to come down to her neck of the woods and watch her boys begin their driving training and we finally managed to get together on Saturday. Her husband Jim is a great guy and very curious about the boys, asking us to translate what Triggy was saying when he squealed at the big horses outside the ring and taking pictures.
Shirley has a very nice russet harness which looks quite striking on her black gelding, Blue, and we were able to adjust it to fit very easily with just a hole punch or two. He's a lovely little guy with the sweetest temperment and absolute trust in his owner. His good manners were a testament to Shirley's training as she's apparently had both boys since they were weanlings.

Triggy is a funny little guy, always running around and checking things out. At one point he wasn't paying attention to where he was going and ran right into the parked hyperbike, knocking it over onto himself. He looked so confused we all couldn't help but laugh after we knew he was okay.
Daisy is quite the looker, all golden palomino MARE (definitely a mare
: :risa_suelos: ). I can't wait to see her under saddle some day.
We got Blue lunged and used to the harness straps tugging and pulling and basically evaluated where he's at in his training. He was not ready to be ground-driven yet as he works more off body language then voice commands at this point, but we did lead him around with the scary cart following him on all sides and in front of and behind him until he quit eyeing it. We even put the shafts briefly through the tugs while standing still so Jim could get a picture. Blue was great and will probably take easily to driving.
We turned him loose to run with his buddy when he started to get ansy and I got the camera out. I got a few pictures but due to DSL problems at home (and blocked picture sites at work) I won't be able to upload them for awhile. I'll try again tonight!
Thanks again Shirley and Jim, I had a blast and really enjoyed meeting your little family. Oh, by the way guys: Shirley makes a great carriage horse. Very responsive to voice commands and stands patiently when hitched! LOL
