Foundation Rule Proposal

The Convention deadline is quickly approaching!! If you are a Foundation/Classic owner/exhibitor and would support an Over Foundation Division, please contact me ASAP! I am currently working on a rule change proposal that would allow our Over Foundation TYPE(!!!) ponies compete in THEIR division. I am looking to show the board that the general membership does indeed support such a division.
