Funny Cide

Not sure how many of you remember the horse "Funny Cide" who was owned by 6 highschool buddies and who ran the Kentucky Derby, the Preakness and the Belmont back in 2003.

I bought the book ("Funny Cide") written by Sally Jenkins and highly recommend it. You will laugh and you will cry, what an amazing and wonderful story!!!!

Of course, he was wonderful as were those six guys. Will definatly be a good read. By the way Dreamweaver, that was the name of my 57 Chevy :bgrin After the song of course.

She was bright white with navy blue rolled and pleated interior, baby moon hubcaps, blue dot tail lights. And I was 45 when we got it finished restoring. I drove her with pride with the windows down playing my 50's music all over town. :bgrin
