Got a new show jacket, is it too fancy?

I got a new show jacket really cheap, and now I'm worried it might be too fancy. I'll be showing at open shows, fair shows, and hopefully some AMHR shows. Halter and showmanship, and maybe hunter later on. Let me know if you think its too gawdy

Also, the slinky didnt come with it. Yould you rather see a slinky type shirt under it, or a tank top. I'll be wearing it with black pants.

I think its gorgeous. Wish I could find something that nice that wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg. Good for you.

I think I would pair it with a slinky if the weather was cool and a tank if it was hot.If the tank is a nice material/colour it will still give you a nice polished look.

I like it and the color will go with almost any horse! It will look great for halter and showmanship but I wouldn't wear a jacket like that for hunter. I want something that will allow plenty of freedom of movement, so I prefer either a vest over a slinky or just a nice long sleeved shirt. Especially when it is beastly hot and I am jumping 2 or 3 horses in both hunter and jumper!
