My rescue mare (Budjar El Sharifa - Shari for short) that I took in 2 years ago officially turned 29 years young today

.

When I was able tot tract down her breeder, Dr. Duane from Priceville, Ontario, she sent me a copy of her papers and she told me the story of Shari's birth on New Year's day back in 1977.

So Shari my girl, may you have many more healthy years We love you dearly and can't imagine you not being part of our family.

Congratulations! My Spyderman will turn 29 on the 12th on Jan. Seems like a lot of special horses (Arabs in particular) were born around that time.
