I'm sure some of you have picked up by now that my family, myself included, is a little warped. As kids I remember making "turd birds" and I've always said I was going to make some and send it out to some of my more "evolved" friends. Well the kids and I did a Easter Version and really think the end product turned out cute.

Enjoy.

Now these are the "full sized" version but I would suppose you could make them in "miniature".

LOL! Are those actual.. err.. poops?

They are really cute!!

Wait, did I just call decorated poops cute?

The Happ's facility in Western Washington actually gives out Turd Birds as awards at combined driving events. There's a local lady that basically sculpts horse poop into little figures, seals them, then dresses them in custom clothing. It's scary! I just donated mine back before my cats could eat it.
