hard time finding a harness

Have you checked ebay? Not sure what you are looking to spend, but Star Lake has some very reasonable priced harnesses.

Be very careful on Ebay. Most of what is up is unusable junk in my opinion.

Sometimes you can find a deal, but you have to be very careful.

What $ do you consider cheap ?

What size horse is it for ?

my mare is 33'' and for a used nylon or leather harness ,under 100$ iwas looking on ebay, im a little bit nervous of ebay because, i dont want to get played, like i dont want to send money ang get somthing differnt or poor shape, or not at all. im just a tad worried about it!

Even used you will be hard pressed to find a safe harness for $100. If you can go up to $200 you stand a MUCH better chance of finding something safe and usable.

I have actually bought three new leather harnesses off of ebay-2 from the same seller (different times) and then one other. I was pleased with all of them and they were all under $100.00.

I got my training harnesses from ebay. They work great. I also got a smaller nylon harness (used) on ebay. All are good quality and have not broken. I would avoid the ones that have red trim or come with a small harness bag. They are usually imports.

In Canada -- try Kelly Kennedy at Never Ending Ranch Tack store-- her prices are in Canadian dollars & are amazing. Kelly is really helpfull as well. I think NEW her leather harness sells at either $225.00 or $250.00 CANADIAN DOLLARS. Sure beats used on ebay I think. She also sells team harness
