I recently purchased something off the saleboard from someone who is also a FB "friend" of mine, altho we have never met. I received the package, minus a piece and she told me (via FB message) that she couldn't get to the piece because of snow and would be ordering one and sending it to me. It has been awhile ( a week or 2) since I've heard anything, so I messaged her to ask if it had been ordered (so I could watch for it, since they leave packages near our front gate). No response. I have messaged her a few different ways...nothing. I am getting a bit frustrated, since I know she is online on FB. I do not want to cause trouble, since we have many mutual "friends", but how do I resolve this??

I need this piece for using the item I purchased and since it was listed in the ad, I do not feel I should have to pay for a new one myself.

(I am trying to be as "generic" in my description as possible.)

I'd also recommend letting ML know the full details if it does not resolve so that you got what you paid for. I know ML does all she can to keep the salesboard a good place to do business.
