I thought when this topic came up that surely it was one we could all agree on and that no mud slinging would result from it. WRONG AGAIN

Appylover, I don't think anyone is mudslinging and I think that everyone agrees this is disgusting no matter who is doing it to whom is all that was said. I went looking for the story since no sources were mentioned and came upon a previous usage of this (I posted the link) and it was used on Hillary Clinton and found that they were using it as an acronym to be able to get away with it that time and this time. It doesn't matter who is doing it, what group, both groups, ITS DIGUSTING! Surely you have to agree that there is no place for this kind of stupidity from anyone towards anyone. That is all that was said.

Well nothing coming from Obama’s supporters surprises me anymore! This is so ugly and so wrong on so many levels! What about some common decency? Some manners?? The people that are wearing these T-shirts are PATHETICSo how come Obama isn't telling his supporters that they are out of line, way way way out of line.

No woman deserves to be called that ever!

He's supposed to personally track down a handful of idiots, wherever they are? For people who would wear that sort of thing giving them all this attention is what they want

Unfortunately so,

Yes, the Candidates don't have control over what supporters say and feel. Evident with these t-shirts show that, But, the manner in which they conduct themselves and their campaigns is under their control, and I believe that they can direct those who support them in ways that would not encourage this sort of thing.

Here is a story that I had heard in the past about McCain... it IS Wikipedia
....... Nope can't believe it as it is not on factcheck.org! Is it? Some people here believe if you don't read it on factcheck.org then it ain't so.
default_shutup.gif
That's why they will not believe some things that DID happen. As someone asked on a news program recently - " who is checking the fact checkers "?

This is why I think we should have a write in vote campaign for Kermit the Frog.

But then again,,,,,I'd hate to hear what anyone may find out about him and Miss Piggy from the past.

Makes no difference as we would all still be controlled by strings,,,,,,,,political that is.

HEY! No swine & amphibian smut, now!!

Besides - I am sure that Kermit said he said he not have sexual relations with that.... sow. And you know Kermit would not lie!

I would vote for dear Kermie without a moment's hesitation...

Some people here believe if you don't read it on factcheck.org then it ain't so.
There is also snopes and a host of other non-partisan websites that do try and sort through things. Facts as opposed to fiction. Factcheck is just more up to date - and will often have checked the debate from the night before. They show where BOTH sides have flip-slopped, screwed up, embellished etc. - and back it all up. No one gets a pass on any of this. You can read it all for yourself then and make your own decision. But at least the facts are laid out for you to consider... without any slant or spin.

The only thing about Wikipedia is that anyone can edit anything into any article if they are Wiki-members... so things may be constantly changing. And no matter what the subject, some try to insert their opinions as opposed to facts. Wiki does have a way of banning those who repeatedly mess with items and show that they are not being exactly... encyclopedic/fact-driven, for want of a better term. And even factcheck cannot keep up with all the stuff that is going on.... you can even submit a question about something you want to get checked...

But anyway - that is all off topic for this thread.

Back to warthogs... see? There is a lot of ugly to get all over people with...
