Yes, I read an article about that. Should serve as an object lesson about what can happen under ill-thought-out governmental "we'll take care of you" programs--a long-held tradition among Democrats, in general, BTW...that the 'solution' is almost ALWAYS to 'throw money(the taxpayers' money)at social problems, to 'fix' them, but w/o proper oversight and advance thought, almost always w/ the result that a few [crooks?] profit, and the problems remain, unchanged, or new ones arise, and the situtation is made worse.
