HEADS UP! VIRUS TO HIT E-MAILS FEB. 3

Larry warned me about this yesterday after hearing about it on his Astronomy Chat Board. And now I just heard about it on our local Talk Radio Station.....

Be VERY cautious openning E-Mails tomorrow, Feb. 3rd from people you don't recognize. And especially -- DO NOT OPEN ATTACHMENTS.

According to the radio, it might or might not have a sexual/pornographic angle to the subject title. It's supposed be very destructive....it searches and destroys files -- specifically your photos and word processing.

i just got two very odd emails with HUGE ATTACHMENTS i just hit delete LOL. they were also talking about this on our local news tonight

For those of you that download all your photos you might want to consider putting them on a cd/dvd ASAP just in case your computer gets hit by this virus. You wouldn't want to lose your important photos. I'm actually burning all mine on a dvd right now.

Might I add that you update your virus definitions and OS.

Also, if you have an open connection (such as broadband) to the internet, it's a good idea to use a firewall.
