Just catching up on LB, haven't had much time for it lately... looks like you are close to having a foal! You've foaled out mares before and sound like you know what to do, one thing I haven't seen mentioned here that is more of an issue with minis - babies lack the strength of a big horse foal and too often don't get out of the sac if no one is present to break it open. Mares, esp maidens, don't always do it in time and foals can be lost in an instant.
