Here's my latest boy!lol

This boy was born early Tuesday morning. I was out of town and was very blessed that Junie is an old pro and did her business by herself. Not ideal, but she did it and was successful! Way to go Junie! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE those "older" mares who know what to do and are so reliable.

So, here he is. No official name yet, but I think his barn name will be Flash. I haven't measured him, but he's pretty tall for me. I kind of wish he was a tad smaller, but I'll take healthy!!! My guess is around 32-33" when he's mature.

Thanks Kayla. Momma is registered as palomino and I tend to believe she is. I don't believe she's gray because her foals keep their color - but it's always a possibility I guess. I do think she's red-based considering what most of her foals are and that would make sense being a Roan Ranger daughter. Also, I believe she does carry creme, again based on her foals. But she's an older lady and she came from a farm (Sweetwater) that we all know had some, shall we say, "mis-registered" horses. So, I know it's possible she's not listed as the right color and it's also possible she's not sired by the stallion I think she is. Regardless, this is my second foal from her and neither has disappointed! She's a keeper in my book!

Shes a cute girl, at first i thought she was cremello, but then noticed her eyes were brown thats why I was curious!
