High power transmission lines & minis

Does anybody have high power transmission lines running over their property/livestock/horses? If so after the lines were up, was there an increase in abortions, birth defects or malpositioned births?

Yes, I do, have had for over 35 years. No ill effects, no higher than normal losses. Of cause we are all totally NUTS but that has little or nothing to do with the power lines

there was some specualtion years ago about high power transmission lines and forms of cancer. Several million dollars and studies later there has been proven no problem with the lines and no connection to health problems of any type. The same type of magnetic fields present under the lines (very small amounts of it) are the same sort fields people subject themselves to when they wear magnets to heal their arthritis, etc etc how could one be "healing" and the other harmful? not logical at all, is it? funny that humans as a society pretend to be so sophisticated yet are so superstitious about so many things. Don't worry, the lines are harmless unless they fall on somebody in a storm or an earthquake!

They run across the back of our pasture....where the mares are turned out every day. They were there when we had no problems ... abortions ... They were there when we had abortions, they are there since we removed the black walnut trees and this year had a phenominal foaling season. So, I don't think they have caused us any problems.

This was investigated when we were having late term abortions, but no connection was ever found. It turned out to be the black walnut trees.

Thank you for your replies. It makes me feel a little better but I still cannot stand that we are being forced to have these put on our land. Thanks to the emminent domain law we are no longer the land of the free.
