Horse Blow Dryers

I was wondering is anyone has any experience with horse blow dryers (like the Triple K blow dryer that Supreme Equine Design sells). Does it work well? Do you like it? Have you had any problems with it? How many horses can you blow dry with cool air in a day before it poops out on you?

I assume that you are referring to the Double K AIRMAX Dryer. I have one and I highly recommend it. I have had to bath and groom horses early in the season where it is impossible to get them dry quickly while it is cold and this dryer does a great job. You can actually see the water being blown off the horse.

I have had mine for several years and it hasn't pooped out yet. I also use it to blow dirt out of coats before I bath them.

I have found the service offered by Double K to be the best and they stand behind their products.

I have to agree with Neil - the Double K blower ROCKS !!!

I used to groom dogs and the Double K works just as well on horses as the one we used to blow

the water off the dogs with fluffy coats.

(Sting's not crazy about it but he'll stand there.)

Have a shop vac at our barn that we use to blow water off the horses. They aren't specifically made for horses of course, but work just as well. Might be an affordable option and you can use it for other stuff.
