how do u create a new website

Hi everyone,

i just wanted to know how do you make a new website.i do not know how.this is my 1st time.i am thinking of the name to be mining miniatures! so if you would explain to me how you do it.

I looked at yahoo small business and signed up for an account. Then downloaded Yahoo sitebuilder (won't work without Java) and started playing around. It is really simple. It is a little difficult at first, but with all the help menus you get it figured out pretty quickly. I hope to see your site soon!
