How do you hook up?

I got a foaling camera a year ago and I can't figure out how to pug it into the pc.

I got the camera marestare was addvertizing

Have you talked to Heather or Jimbo at Marestare yet.

you will need a video capture card like a belkin or something else, most use Belkin, I have a Hauppauge (sp) and a hook up to one of the live streaming sites like marestare.

depending on what kind of camera you bought you will need a VCR hooked up to a spare TV, and the capture card hooked up to your pc.

I have been with wefoal for the last couple of years, but am going back to Marestare for more exposure and friendlier help.

At first id seems complicated but after you get to doing it a few times its easy.

The video capture card and appropriate connectors are the toughest part-- really. Once you get that you're fine.

Marestare has great support.

Radio Shack is a good place to go for connectors/adapters and cables.

I use AverMedia video capture cards. Have had good luck with them. I was connecting to a laptop but I think a desktop video capture card would be less expensive and might be faster.
