I came on last year to ask a question and didn't stay on much. This year I HAVE more time. NOW, my husband just said to me, "ALL I see is YOU across from THAT computer and on THAT web site. Don't YOU ever get sick of it. I said NOPE!!!! I learn a lot. I'm on and off during the day depending on what I've got going on. I got a lap top for Christmas and it's so nice I have it up in the kitchen now with me, vs before I had my desktop down stairs and it wasn't as accessiable. NOW, this is at my finger tips and it sits at the kitchen table. I don't think hubby likes that.... OH WELL!!!!!! TJ

I came to learn all I could before I bought my first mini and stayed for the members, which are funny, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, sharing, opinionated, dedicated miniature horse enthusiasts in other words ......family.

I joined, I think it was in April, of this year. Everyone here is so nice, helpful and informative. I got my first mini in May of this year and it was through here that I was put in touch with the wonderful lady Lori (Milo Minis) that is training him to be a fabulous and very steady driving horse for our family. Thank you Minimor!!! Now we are shopping for our second mini

Hopefully that will all work out in the not too distant future.

We'll be hitting the show circuit next year. I can't wait!!!

I think I've been here since 2001, and of course I love it.

Lately, I've been on less than usual (just really busy), but normally I check in and usually post several times a day and usually it's how I start my (early!) mornings off.

The people here mean a lot to me. They are friends, people who I've learned from, people I've leaned on, people who've made me smile (and sometimes cry for), and people who have "kept me company" so many times

I have been on this forum for so many years. I think it was in 94 or so? In that area anyway.

I visit here as often as I can - lately been a little busy taking care of my daughter and her son along with all my usual chores and Christmas.

I love this forum.

I have learned alot here and really enjoy the folks. I've made some great friends here and plan to stay for a long time to come.

Thank you MaryLou and all the moderators for giving us all a place to visit and learn, laugh together, cry together and once in awhile have a good debate (although I stay away from most of those threads).

Hi and welcome! I joined, back in 2005, under a different screen name, if I remember correctly. I had been showing one of my minis for about 3 years. Just sort of surfed for info and enjoyed reading the lively discussions and all the acts of kindness...support people offer each other around the world. Then, Dreamer, (Theresa at Rockin R's mare) was injured while carrying a foal. She was on one of the "mare stare" type sites. (If you haven't dealt with that addiction BEWARE

) I was desperately wanting to email Theresa when Dreamer was hurt and rejoined. I go in spurts depending on my work schedule. For weeks, I'm on daily...then I go a month or two where I check in just periodically.

I did get an early XMAS present, an IPHONE...so I was checking LB while at the grocery store the other night...just so I could say that I could! I have instant access to email, internet, and youtube with my IPHONE...very cool.

So I can now check LB from almost anywhere! How scary is that?!

I typically only post to offer encouragment...occasionally, something will wind me up and I put in my 2 cents...I love this forum and have learned a lot from others posts.
