How to train a therapy pony

i just got this mini her name is Bella shes super sweet want to keep her at my house how do i get her registered as a service animal in the city limits there are a few options i want the best one

A therapy horse and service horse are two totally different things. Neither have to be “registered”. There is a thread that talks about being a service horse:

@roses minis Check with your local bylaws. Not all municipalities will allow a horse as a service or therapy animal and be kept in the city. Edmonton won't allow it but Calgary will (I can only speak about Alberta as that's where I live.) Also, I'm not sure and don't want to assume about your personal condition; however, I understand a condition to having a service or therapy animal is that a person has to be clinically diagnosed with a condition that warrants the support.
