I feel the urge

I know, I have been feverishly looking! But for me it would be sooo dumb. I have 5 foals due in 2006 and 10 horses already. And I have three listed for sale( which I did to make my husband happy) I actually am proud that I have not bought any this year!

Strangly, I have no urge to buy right now and will not be getting a horse for christmas, unless it is a statue or a stuffed animal. It's funny how having three new horses delivered at once can chase away the buying bug. I'm just sooooooo in love with my new guys!!!

I've got the bug too!! I've recently sold 2 mini mares. I still have 12 horses, but would really like another one or two. Supposed to get a decent bonus in January from work, so will have some money to play with.

So...Santa if you're listening......Please put the following in my barn for Christmas!!

Mini mare or filly, pinto, 32" or less at maturity, nice long neck, beautiful head, located on East Coast.

Not too much to ask, is it? Santa can do it!!!

I really really really want a "big" horse, but I really should sell one of my mares that is bred for early spring and her 2005 filly. I just don't think I can do it. So the  big horse will have to wait.

Hi right back at you! Welcome! I don't have any imminent grandchildren, only one teen left at home, and a tack room full of little saddles. Think I'll start trolling the elementary school....or maybe the daycare center. Gotta get them young. Anyone willing to post bail for me if they pick me up as a stalker????

I am wanting a new mini or shetland so bad it hurts--I have several picked out. Deal here is nothing new comes in unless an equal number leaves. On the bright side, I have 4 wonderful babies from this year so that counts as 4 new horses!!
