Well i have not really said much, but, Coco made the move over to a good friend of mines farm. He finially broke my heart, he needed a "job" and something to do exept stand out in the pasture here and look pretty, even if he was good at that. This coming season is going to be really busy, i just couldnt watch him stand out there and be put aside agian. So, no, i did NOT sell him ...i just sent him on a vacation. He is now at Linda's (LGahr) farm with her other geldings and stallion. He has about 40-60 acres to run on with plenty of grass, boys to rough house with and kids to play with (his faverite!). I could never sell him, even if i did find the perfect home they still would not be "good enough" in my mind. Linda knows how important he is to me and why he is so important. It's been different going out to the barn without Coco there this past week. As most of you know Coco was *my* first horse, so he is really important to me ..i think all of our first horses have a place in our hearts that makes them different from the others though.
We couldnt stay long and the fence was on so i just visited with him through the fence and gave him a carrot. He still remember my car LOL, he got all prancy when we turned onto Linda's road.
He is coming back home next august after things settle down around here, i think i might actually make it that long without running over there and stealing him lol.
Coco (pinto) and his new gang
I love that little horse more then words can explaine
