Installing a Dazzle video recorder

I've been trying to install a Dazzle video recorder so I can put my barn cam online. Not having any luck! I just updated my graphics card in my computer. I'm running Windows Vista and just had more memory installed this week. The computer recognizes the Dazzle, but no picture. I don't know what else to do.

Are you using Marestare?

I installed my dazzle and everything before I got my cam going. But I couldnt view the picture until Rich with Marestare did some updating and stuff.

Becky I just installed my video captue card today and had to install three times before it recondized it

I had to make sure I had all the microsoft updates and then unistalled and reinstalled

finally caught it but poor Heather had an emergency so wasn't able to hookup to marestare

ps... don't know if this is correct but went to marestare for the downloads for cameras and it said Vista and Dazzle is not compatable?

What version of Dazzle did you install?

The version that I have is called Pinnacle Instant DVD Recorder version 2.5. And it says on it that it is compatible with Windows XP and Vista.

What version of Dazzle did you install?

Mine is an EZMAKER USB plus 2.0. I know Rich at marestare said that you need a USB port 2.0 for streaming video it is best?

Hi Becky!

I had a problem with mine, my computer (Windows 7) would not recognize it and I am on marestare. I had to have Heather get on to my computer (the weirdest thing) and take over my computer and do it for me... and now it works...!!!
