ive seen theres lots of pinto,s but is there any paint,s????????????????

No. Paint is a breed. Minis are supposedly a "breed". So there are "Paint" stock (Quarter Horse) type horses and there are pinto miniatures

Many people will refer to pinto minis as "paint" miniatures, but this is not a correct name tag.

Yep the APHA or "Paint" is considered a breed because they are restricted on bloodlines, color, and type. Whereas you have the PtHA or "Pinto" that accepts all kinds of pinto type horses including miniatures. So if you see a miniature labeled as a paint it is incorrect.
