I've almost made it!!!

Well, the kicker of living with my parents still is I get stuck doing pig chores when they go on holidays (very smelly and very labour intensive....have I mentioned my dislike of pigs before??) !!! And I also have to look after my grandma, grandpa and great aunt who live with us as well!!! Thank goodness they are back tomorrow, coz I don't know how much more I can take!!!

: :bgrin I didn't kill any piggies (phew) at least not that were caused by me anyways

, and I didn't say anything to the 'old folks' that I shouldn't have....they can be really trying

: . To top it all off I have been looking after my neighbour's place and animals, and doing my usual work at the horse barn.....why do I do this to myself????

Now I just have to make it through a dog show with Miss Moxie this weekend....as long as the weather cooperates!

Anyways, I just had to congratulate myself for making it through the last week

: I told my mom she better be bringing me back a medal

: I think I deserve it!! lmao

I didn't used to mind the pigs, until I had to look after them for 6 months when my Dad was laid up....when you are in grade 10, have to lug pails of feed to feeders before and after school (it is nearly impossible to get that smell off you with just one shower!!!!! and well, we all know what teenagers are like)....well I began to really not like the pigs!! :no: I haven't liked them since.....just from doing a week of chores my siatic nerve (I know that isn't spelled properly, but I'm too tired to care :lol: ) is bothering me so much I've been drugged up on muscle relaxers, and my leg & knee I injured last spring has really taken a beating from pigs bashing into it the wrong way :no: . I am just very sore and tired from doing chores (and I am a very fit active person)...they are just not enjoyable chores to do....give me a barn full of horses to clean up after, feed, groom etc that is more than fine with me :bgrin

And looking after the people on top of it....well that's another story!! lol

Oh man!!! I can see how that would lose it's cuteness really quick!! Hog farming does not seem all that glamorous, LOL :new_shocked: and now your all banged up and then to look after the old folks at the same time, hee hee what did you do to deserve it!!
