Ok, first off Heather is just the greatest!! She went above and beyond, with me and setting me up ...from several states away. :aktion033:
Well, my camera "fed" isn't the best.....the cameras are good and clear, very easy to see even details on my TV (as I have two receivers, so have one running to the computer for the live fed and then the other to my TV), but the web view is much grainer...but you can see them and whats going on. Heather said some cameras are just that way, where they don't give very good fed via computer. My barn is also a some ways from the living room/where the computer is so...
Right now you have to sort of look over the "second" cam (one the buckskin mare is in) as this camera's IR (infra-red) went out and it is giving a very grainy/bad picture......and I just got the replacement camera in today, but will be a day or two before I get it up and replaced - so at this time this camera is very hard to see with a not so great picture, but it will soon be at least as good as the other fed the black mare is in. And my possibly have three cams up and going by the end of the month, when more mares get close
And then, I live out in the sticks
: and we aren't able to get anything other than dialup, so my fed is choppier, not as streaming....but oh well, I have to work with what I have. But this way when I keep a mare up I can see them from my desk at work, though I do turn my mares out a lot of times during the day...now when they get really close I will keep them up.
But was just going to post this as both these mare look CLOSE....their due date @330 is around Feb 20th...but I say they will both go this week.
**Deni (LM Hawks Queen of Denial) the black mare in cam 1 has been "semi" uncomfortable over the past few days, she is very relaxed, and though her bag isn't tight yet she has plenty of thick amberish colored milk...., she lost her first foal last year at 9months due to twisted cord, she is in foal to Bandito
**Heir (Little Kings Heir to Glory) the buckskin mare in the camera that is grainy right now, has an udder that is extermely tight, sticky milk, very relaxed; but she has shown no signs of being uncomfortable yet...she is a maiden mare, in foal to Taker
