Well I haven't posted on here in a long time because I've been busy, especially with school and college applications. So far I've been accepted into two college, and one of them is one of my top chioces: Lake Erie College.
My other top choice is U Maine at Orono. But Every one is telling me that I will most likely get into UMO.
What I want to go to school for is to be an Equine Theriogenologist: in normal terms, an Equine Veterinary Reproduction Specialist. This requires the 8 years of vet education, a residency, plus a test to take from the (American) College of Theriogenologists to become a certified specialist.
So basically the point of this post is to ask those of you who live in Ohio, and/or those of you that know about the college to tell me some stuff. Like about the college, about the state (weather, farms(maybe your location in relevance to the college[which is in Painesville]), things to do (especially horsey related things), etc. Any and all help will be appreciated. I actually first learned about LEC through a college special of Horse Illustrated like 7+ years ago, and for the longest time it was like "that is the ONLY college I am even going to look at" blah blah, you know how we kids can get, but now I've also really gotten to like UMaine Orono, plus it's much closer to my family. But we are going to visit LEC in April i think.
BUt any ways, sorry for the ramble lol.
Thank you very much.
