As for Rush, I can only assume that those of you who don't care for him have not listened to him. I don't mean for a few minutes I mean for weeks, and really listened. The biggest reason he is disliked by someone is that he can prove what he says. He has a library of tapes of politicians and what they have said in the past. A short while later they say something else and swear they never said the first thing. They don't like it when Rush brings on the tapes and plays it in THEIR own words.

All I can suggest is that you people do some real reading that isn't generated by Limbaugh or Fox News & find out what's really happening in the world.

Let's see, 100 of the top scientists in the US came out in front of congress last week & said they've been pressured to keep the truth quiet about global warning....that would make Al Gore's documentary, untrue?

And let's see, Bill Clinton & Monica..........get OVER IT!! The man kept us out of war & there was a SURPLUS in the national budget when he left.

And you're offering us Limbaugh??? What's he ever done but be bigoted, stupid & a liar & addicted to drugs....yeah, he's the guy I'd like to see get a peace prize. Right. Grow up!!! Look around you --- The world is in big trouble & who's in charge? Please -- take those Bush/Cheney bumper stickers off the cars. Stop Global Warming would be a better one.........and more in touch with reality. I'm not even going to come back into this post to read what's been written about what I've said.....Oh, let me add that we're all doing sooooooooooo well when big oil companies are in charge of our economy......if you don't think they are (and if you don't know who's benefiting from our dismay), please READ with an open mind. The facts are there, but you've got to find them yourself. No one is gonna hand 'em to ya! Democracy, real democracy, takes work, thought and compassion, none of which we have in our "leaders" now......or pundants, such as Limbaugh.

I say get over it because that little stupid affair had NOTHING NOT A THING to do with how the nation is run, how your money is spent and how well off the average American is. Nothing...........except perhaps a chance for the opposite side get to us to look away from things that they were doing wrong at the time. Right now, moral issues are used as scape goats so we don't really look at the war, the taxes, the deficit, the state of education, the corruption of the party.........anything....will do, just so the truth is sidetracked and something else takes center stage.

If you want to talk about lying, let's go to the Scooter Libby trial, the "reasons" for going to war, the obscene profits allowed to oil companies ($39 BILLION PROFIT in 2006 for Exxon - the MOST EVER in HISTORY for ANY corporation) while they enjoy almost tax-free existence. Halliburton. etc etc etc. Hazlett. Open your eyes!! The bullies got beat in the mid-term elections. I wonder WHY?? Could it be because the "commoners" just aren't seeing the profits the big guys are, even tho the govt. is telling us how great the economy is? For WHO?? Not you & me. Unless, of course, you own stock in oil. Bush does.

Limbaugh represents the ultra-conservative horse hockey that's been jammed down unsuspecting throats for years. Judging by the recent election, more people are opening their eyes & all I can say is THANK GOD!

It is my true belief that America as we have known it, is in a very dangerous position. If you don't believe me, check out what information you can find about the Mexican-American-Canadian "Free Trade" policy that's going thru. Gee, I didn't vote for it. You didn't vote for it. Our congress people didn't vote for it. Because it was never put up for a vote in this DEMOCRACY. Just Bush & his cronies get a say in it, even tho it will change life as we know it. But this one policy alone, regardless of all the other damage done to the country, will change everything you have ever known to be America. Your American dollar - right in the crapper. And I'm sure Limbaugh (if he's even aware of it), supports it. I don't even have to watch his sickening show to find out. It can be assumed.

Watch Lou Dobbs, CNN, 6 p.m. EST weeknights and weekends. You'll learn more than you can believe. But it's all true. Not too many "news" outlets have the guts to say what's said there. And again, it's all true.

If everyone wasn't so concerned about what J-Lo, Brad Pitt & American Idol are doing, maybe we'd have a democracy with the necessarily educated citizens it requires.

Oh and BTW - as far as lying under oath...........In a poll done last year by Katie Curic, 80% of teenage girls polled didn't consider "that" as having sex. Not my words - theirs. Maybe he didn't either.

Let us not forget Hillary and her missing/lost document, oh yes who was that guy stuffing papers into his pants (secret documents) didn't know how they got there. I guess we can go on and on. Both sides and the middle do stupid things. Not any one party is better. Both sides will "jump ship" if they can benifit. You have your convictions and I have mine. Not trying to change anyone, just like to get things "heated up a bit"

Actually a few years back while commuting I was stuck with AM radio.....I decided to make the most of it and listen to a few of these talk show news people........well I listened to rush, sean, michael, and glenn......screamed and turned off the radio.....got bored and decided to give their point of view and mode of expression a better listen.

After a year I still felt rush was a big old windbag, sean was so so to annoying.......and I absolutely love Michael and Glenn

I listened to Dr. Laura for a while too but, while I like her sentiment her self important attitude gets trying........
