JUST loverly!! Hubby chose this restaurant because he hasn't been there in forever and wouldn't ya know? E.coli! They are currently closed of their own doing until it is resolved. The official notification states that people who ate there between Oct. 12-18 are the ones who should be the most concerned, but we have since heard that we should not consider ourselves completely free from concern until Halloween because we ate there on the 20th. Still don't know the cause.

Man, my birthday was a humdinger!

This and finding out my step FIL has a tumor. Geez. Ironically, on the 31st we will be clear of the e.coli threat and we will find out that same day if his tumor is benign or cancerous.

Well, I hope your food was well cooked and you don't get E.Coli! My prayers are with you and your family and looking forward to a Happy Halloween!

What concerns me most is that I've heard it was the salads that might have been the problem.

I didn't eat mine, I gave it to my 9 year old!

AND my 11 year old ate one, as well as my hubby and mom.

As for me and my 4 year old, I think our food was probably ok, it was all deep fried.

McGrath's. They voluntarily closed on Monday, are cleaning the place top to bottom, threw away all their food and having all their employees tested. They called my mom the other day to let us know. It's been in the paper.

Yes! I heard about it on the radio! We eat there several times a year so Bri can get her favorite meal of steamed clams!

Kathy, I'll be praying that you and your family have a very Happy Halloween -- in more ways than one! If you know what I mean.....
