MAMHC Meeting Postponed till 3/16...

Phoebe Kerby, President of Mid-America Miniature Horse Club asked me to help get the word out that our club meeting has been postponed until Sunday 3/16 due to weather.

I know it is suppose to be clear on Sunday, but if we have all of the snow that is predicted, I do not believe a lot of people will try to make it.

Thanks Connie. I wasn't going to be able to make it to the meeting this weekend anyway....but glad it was cancelled due to weather. Not worth the risk for people to try to get there, even if it IS going to be clear on Sunday. With these high winds & up to a foot of snow...the roads will remain treacherous!

akkkk this storm is WICKED...they are reporting we have 16" to 20" of snow on the ground and more coming till late this afternoon...blizzard conditions. When the snow stops...will stay windy, say it will be a "Ground Blizzard" later today...high winds, more drifts. I've got 4' drifts at my front door...lil Molly (cocker spaniel)...went to the door, looked out...turned sat down...nah..not going there! Convinced her there was a decent clearing under our big bay window....she finally accepted my offer! LOL

GOOD NEWS....2 days ago...I saw 2 really fat robins land in the driveway...I said HEY GIRLS...Spring is coming huh!!!!
