Actually, I believe drenching is oral medicating (ie: deworming, although I'm not sure if it would be just giving a paste from a tube or using a naso-gastric tube to administer liquid dewormer by vet, at least I'd never attempt it).

hi just to let you know in aussie land we call drenching a horse is when you stick a hose into the horses nose down into the horses stomach and pump oil into there stomachs
