My "Baby" is all grown up now!

I can't believe the time has flown by so fast. Abby is already a full year old today.

She came to us on June 25, 2008 as a rambunctious little 12.5lb puppy, even smaller than our Boston Terrier, and now at a year old is 60 pounds, so almost done growing. She is still rambunctious and now way larger than Molly, and Molly is still not thrilled with her! Molly tries to play, but Abby just gets too rough.

She is very affectionate, and demanding! She makes sure she lets me know when it's chores time! She sits and whines and whines about 15-30 minutes before it is time, reminding me! She loves to do chores with me and visit with the foals. We love her sooo much!

Carol, I don't think you want me shopping for you! I bought a "show puppy" from top winning lines, and sired by a multi BIS winner, for a pet. I have paid the most for Abby than any other dog we have ever owned! ($2000

) T hat's a pretty expensive pet for me! She was advertised as available to a show home only, but luckily, I asked the lady if she might consider selling her to a pet home on a spay contract, and since she had recently had another litter, there was a pup in there that she wanted to keep instead, so let Abby go! Man, I never even paid that much for my show/breeding Chihuahuas "way back when" when I used to raise them. BUT, I don't regret it....I got what I wanted, so I am happy with that. I am willing to pay for what I want when I want something badly enough!

But I am with you on if I want something bad enough I am willing to pay. I just like your taste in boxers......you have always had that "look" I like. Hey, good dogs don't come cheap and then I always seem to find one that has to be flown in from another state.......more $$$$$$$$

WOW I couldnt imagine paying that for a dog. I had to convince Lori to let me spend $300 on Bella................however today I dont think anybody could pry that dog from her. She will never admit that she her fav and wouldnt be with out a boxer but im not dumb.
