My Brother is finally out of pain

Sorry to hear of the loss of your brother...I think he would not want you grieving but remembering the good parts of his life and knowing he is pain free and with the other family members that have passed on...We both know where he is now, don't we?

marie, i'm so very sorry for your loss. your brother has been through so much. now his suffering has ended and yours has begun. you are right...the hurt never gets better but in time, it will get "different", more tolerable. remember the good times and when you can, celebrate your brother's life. I am so sorry to hear about your brother. I know how hard this is on you as I lost my only brother just 2 years ago. He had lived with us for the past 35 years. Remembering all the good times you shared with you brother will keep him near to you , with time the pain does seem to "soften" .
