Hi everyone, just wanted to show off my little girl practicing for her dream. She told me when she grows up she is going to race dirt bikes and be a champ... She wanted a real dirt bike for Christmas, but weighing in just over 40 lbs, we do not feel that she is big enough or is ready. So we found this bike and got it for her. It looks like a real one, but she still has to do all the work. It warmed up a little today, so she wanted to "go riding". After I took her picture, she wanted to "ramp" the snow pile
. I swear she has no fear. But I am affraid of death, I really don't want my baby girl racing dirt bikes.. She has always been more of a tom boy type of girl, but dirt bike racing
I know I can barely stand to watch her with the little ramps her brother makes for her.. I hope and pray that she changes her mind. But the way it is looking, I don't think she will.. Well anyways, here is my little Faith practicing for when she gets "big enough" to be a dirt bike racer..
Ps. Notice our driveway makers are my horse fence T posts...
[SIZE=12pt]How fun!! She would love a little 50! We're talking about borrowing a little 50 for Mia, although we might have to step her up a bit since she's SO tall (4 feet even at 6 1/2 years old)! If you do get her a dirt bike, make sure to get all of the proper protective gear for dirt bikes. It's expensive and they outgrow it quickly, but it's the safest thing out there

I think Faith would have a BLAST! I have told Steve that if Mia or Zac (who's already so fearless it terrifies me) want to race, Steve will just has to sit me somewhere with a Bottle and a handful of Xanax~LOL I'm starting to understand what my Mom went through when I rode jumpers! She stopped going to practice with me after I got planted coming off of a 4 1/2' x 4 1/2' rail road tie A frame. My coach came up to me, asked if I had anything broken. I said no (after I got my breath back), so she said "Well get back on that darn horse and do it RIGHT this time!!!" After that Mom came to shows, but didn't watch me warm up (where my coach had me over bigger, scarier jumps than I'd face in the classes), just my actual classes.
