Eventually yes, it seems that it is often a "transition thing" - altho this year was a really weird year. Mares cycled early on, but not "real" heats according the the stallion & the vet. Then quit cycling all together, haired up like they were going into winter, then blew the coat and started cycling again about a month ago - frustrating to say the least!
