NW Snow

So did any one else in the NW get snow yesterday?

All rain, here.

I'm not ready for the rain, though I'm glad it warmed up.... I miss that sunshine.

We still have a light dusting of snow...that weird too-cold-to-snow snow that looks like rock salt.

Unfortunately, the temps just topped 32 yesterday, so heading up the hill after dusk I had to suffer through "snotty road" syndrome -- very slippery. Gave me a new perspective on the deep ravine alongside our windy road (with no guardrail).

We just got snow flurries while we were on poop patrol yesterday. Was actually kind of neat.

None stuck to roads or anything.

The change of weather sure has the horses in the playful mood though.

Hubby was happily mowing the fields down right in the middle of it yesterday.

Most all of it is gone this morning. Back to mud.

Yech,, Susanne stay safe! I know all about those hilly back roads with no guard rails.
