I watched only from about the 70 up...I must say at the end I felt like it was almost a farce, a DIS-respect to the sellers..those were well put out, conditioned healthy beautiful horses..
I guess I understand if someone doesn't really want another colt...but when someone only offers $300 for this class of horses to start..I was ashamed for them..better to not bid at all..of course there is the buyers side who sat there all day and still was willing to bid at all
I also noticed quite a few scratches which I think was do to the prices..people just didn't bother trying to sell them.
Is the market truly over saturated? Or is it the bad economy right now, the cost of feed?
If I were even 5 yrs younger I would have had two of them!
Guess it's good I'm not eh?
Well that's my take on it..I hope the next sale goes better for them.
