OK I know what I like to drive with my mini mare Maggie.
However I want to start driving my Fjord mare and can't seem to get any big
horse people to answer any questions. (Think I might just keep her,, wear a back brace when riding and see if that helps. She is also well trained in cart....)
So will ask the wonderful mini folks. <VBG>
I am shopping for a well balanced cart for a 13.3 hand fjord mare.
Am looking for really good balance, higher well padded back rest and a super comfortable ride.
Well made is also importantant. Will be traveling on the property and
down a rolling gravel rd. Prefer front/side entry. I have looked
into the Eaglet, the Back to the Country cart, a Gig, Pacific carts
(they have two but would like to know which model has the best
suspension.)
Prefer a dealer on the West Coast due to shipping costs.
Would love to hear who has what, how they like it and so on.
Also would like recommendations to good quality harness that can
take heavy everyday use... prefer Synthics but will look at leather
if it is not too heavy in weight.
