I also like all the other goofy animated ones from when I was a kid

A Charlie Brown Christmas and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, as far as cartoons go. And "It's a wonderrful life" with Jimmy Stewart for the older movies...I really can't get into "Scrooge" type of movies. I also enjoy watching "Christmas Vacation" with Chevy Chase.....but I have'nt caught it on TV yet this year...I may just have to rent it!!

We have a tradition of watching "It's a Wonderful Life" every year on Christmas Eve. When my kids were really young they loved it and then there were a few years (mid teens) when they thought it was stupid, but now they enjoy it again so I am looking foward to watching it again this year.

"A Christmas Story" of course! It wouldn't be Christmas without the Bumpas' dogs taking off with the Christmas turkey!

Deck ra haws wri bars a'horry....fa ra ra ra ra.......

I would have such a hard time just picking one...Grinch(Jim Carrey one) Grinch cartoon, Rudolph, Prancer, Charlie Brown, Frosty. Those are the ones we have on dvd. Hubby loves It's a Wonderful Life, not my fav though.

I can't pick just one, but the original Grinch for sure, White Christmas, the Santa Claus 1 and 2, Wonderful Life.

Cannot forget the Scrooge

Original Grinch (gotta love those gardinkas)

Nestor the Long Eared Christmas Donkey (Makes me cry every time)

Christmas Story

Charlie Brown Christmas

Frosty The Snowman

We have a HUGE selection of DVDs. Each holiday has movies that we watch only on those days.

For Christmas we have Santa Claus 1/2, Home Alone 1/2 (didn't like 3), Grinch (Jim Carrey), While you were sleeping (it does take place at Christmas time), Muppet Christmas Carol, Die Hard 1/2 (another Christmas time, Hubby likes these), but the all time favorite is CHRISTMAS VACATION! Hubby is slowly collecting lights for the house.

Well my vote is not even for an old movie(s). Santa Clause and Santa Clause II with Tim Allen have been viewed many many times since they were released. I just sat through them again this past week while babysitting with my granddaughter. I might just have to invite her back over so I can sit through one or both of them again. I have them on tape so unless I can get copies of them on CD I will need to keep a VCR around for many many years.

I gotta see the cartoon Grinch! I saw Nestor the other day and I cried too.

I never seem to find the others I like and don't get to watch them. But I love Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and ones like that.

I love them all!

I absolutely must see, A Christmas Carol, but only the one with Alistair Simms (sp?)

Miracle on 34th St. (the original)

A Christmas Story

I haven't seen Nester is years!!!

Robin

Okay, here I come with my immature sense of humor, but my favorite Christmas special would be the South Park one with Mr. Hanky.

A Christmas Story (it was... it was... soap poisoning)

Christmas Vacation

White Christmas (I love the Sisters song)

Ernest Saves Christmas is one of my faves. I sure miss ol' Jim Varney

I absolutely HAVE to watch The Grinch every year. That's a must see for me!

I also love - I think it's Santa Claus is Coming To Town? The one with the Burgermeister - Meisterberger, who rules this town and the kids are not allowed to have toys -- it's also about how Mr. and Mrs. Claus met and fell in love...
