Only A Matter Of Time --

As some of you may have noticed I've been neglecting the forum -- Not by choice! I've been working full time at PETCO as a groomer and I've been tempted at least once a day to bring an animal of some kind home. Everything from drop off rodents to cats and dogs.

Well, today was IT .... I've been admiring rats for a while and every day in-between groomings I'd gaze out of the shop window above my desk and just watch the rats, so....

Please meet .... "Ax'l Rose". Ax'l is a few months old and is a male. He's a light peachy color and white with dark eyes. Very sweet.

Of course he will need a friend!! I love rats- every time I have to put down poison I aplogise and ask them to leave voluntarily- usually they do- the poison has never been touched, anyway!! I'm very glad to say, too. Lovely boy.
