We finally have our two geldings that we purchased from Mr. Trembly home! I want to publicly thank Kristin for picking them up for us and keeping them at her farm for about a month before transport could bring them to us.

They are doing VERY well. They have both gained a good amount of weight and will be seeing the equine dentist right after the first of the year.

They have settled right into our routine here and I was pretty amazed as sometimes when horses are kept out all the time they fuss over being stalled, but nope! Not these boys - they came right off the trailer, walked right into the barn, went directly into their stalls and started eating hay and didn't fuss one bit. I was shocked. No pacing, no nothing. I'm glad they are so happy. They go out to play every day and love to come back to their own personal bed at night.

They look Great, and I adore Wayne he is the best with mini's, I had three shipped with him he took such good care of them, always called to let me know how they were and where he was.

Love your stalls too, he sure looks content in there.

Good Luck with them.

Jan

edited to add, they sure do look alike, I thought they were the same horse until I went back and re-read.

Yes, they do look alot alike until you really get to know them. Bob has a bobbed tail and some white facial hairs along with a shorter mane. General has a VERY long mane.

Thanks for the compliment on our stalls ( I personally LOVE them LOL)

and....... yes, Wayne is EXCELLENT at keeping in touch and bringing the horses in safe and sound!

Connie, I am so happy for all of you! They look wonderful! Best of luck with your guys.

Most people do not know that Connie has been to he__ and back nursing two other rescues for the past two months. Both mares were foundering and there she was having to soak their feet, all fours twice daily, doctor them extensively, all while being kicked at and fought with by them, but she never complained. She did everything for these mares. Through her hard works, both mares have stabelized and have been on the road to a complete recovery. They are in very beautiful shape and Connie has mannered them quite nicely.

Now she has the two Trembly horses. I think they already found out what great living is over at Christines, so it's no surprise that they are as calm as they can be now with Connie.

Thanks to Christine and Connie.

You ladies rock!

Awww thanks Marty. Your making me blush LOL.

Although it was VERY hard working stabalizing the girls it is a really beautiful thing to watch the transition. They are both very happy, settled and pain free and that makes all the effort worthwhile.

I had best be careful or I will grow too attached and not be able to let them go anywhere.
