I have been on pins and needles for about, oh..2 years, waiting for this first foal. When I purchased Graham's The Gambler, I put all of my hopes, dreams and aspirations into what he could do for us. As of last night, we got one step closer!
This is the first foal sired by The Gambler, out of one of my Red Rock mares that I purchased from the Taylor sale last year, Red Rock Kids Sweet Indepenence. I always thought Graham's Little King Lee was one of the best producing stallions in the country (or on the planet for that matter), I wanted to design something genetically similar to him.
So in long story short, this colt is sired by a maternal sibling to King Lee, and out of a mare that is a Paternal sibling to the sire of King Lee. This did not happen by accident.......
Colt - solid black, with star.....one big boy (but that is how we like them!).
Hustler of GCF ..............(pictured at under half hour old).
