Our Last Celebrity Foal of 2010 !!!

Well our last Celebrity foal of his first foal crop occurred on Wednesday.

We could not be happier with the results!!

His name is Pacific Thriller....... and oh what a thrill he is too

I am thinking frame sabino overo pinto, but the dam is a heterozygous tobiano pinto.

Smoky Black Frame Sabino Overo Pinto Colt. Foaled May 19, 2010.

Thriller was tested and is positive for Frame (LWO), and Sabino (sb1) overo; and carries one Cream gene. He is negative for Tobiano pinto.

Beautiful Joanne. IDK, looks to be solid frame but the one side of the face looks like tobi could have a role in it. Frame coloring varies so much from horse to horse, it is hard to tell.

OUTSTANDING! Beautiful little boy. If the mare is Homozygous for Tobiano, the foal has to carry it of course. That said, some Tobianos don't show it much. I have a mare, tested heterozygous Tobiano that has no white other than on the lower part of her legs. So, I think on your colt the Frame and Sabino are showing loudly and the Tobi is only minimally showing. (Hope that makes sense.)

I would be thrilled with such a beautiful colt (no matter what the genetics were).
