Took Phantom to a local feed store yesterday, it was Breyer Fun Days at the store!
We had so much fun!!
Phantom was so good, let everyone pet him that wanted to, and it was a whole lot by the end of the day. Several little girls just could not stay away from him. Their parents would shop for a little bit, bring the girls back to pet him some more,,,,go shop just a little more, and then bring the girls back. That went on for over an hour. All the kids asked great questions and all were very good with Phantom.
Breyer Days is sponsored by Breyer Model Horse,,,,,they send horses for the kids to paint, pages to color, and games to play. The prizes they included were very nice, full size Breyer Model Horses. Plus each child got a Breyer Bag, Pencil, Show Ribbon and the horse they painted. Breyer didn't lose out,,,,,,,kids were emptying the shelves of the product for sale. One little boy came back after looking at the Breyer Models for sale, and asked if I could help him find the one of Phantom,,,,,so I had to do a little explaining.
We had an over all grand prize winner for the child who painted their horse to look like Phantom. The little girl who won did a great job, we watched and she did it herself. I sent myself a picture of her painted horse from the store, but it must be lost in cyber space, never got it. Getitia has one I sent her, maybe she could put it up????
Have included a few pictures below. These were the only parents I caught to get permission to use the pictures,,,,,,,,but we had tons of kids the entire 4 hours it was going on.
