Photo Elements

Santa heard me when I dropped hints about Adobe Photoshop Elements program! I also got included in the package Premiere Elements which I have not even begun to explore.

But I just wanted to share a piece that I worked on tonight. My subject...Lakota of course!!

I did a "semi-sillouette"...I wanted to keep the lines but also wanted to fill in background. I still have a ways to go ...but I'm enjoying it!!

OMG!!!! You are going to love it, I am totally addicted. but one tid bit. I go into my photos folders, right click the photo and then go down where it says OPEN WITH, then it opens and click photo elements, real quick, easy way to import a photo into it that way, just be sure when you save it, go to SAVE AS and save it as a JPEG, mine kept saving it another way and couldn't use them. and PREMIERE ELEMENTS , it is sooooo cool. I am editing videos and putting them on you tube and my web site now. You are going to love it. good luck

Angela, thank you for the tips! I started looking at the Premiere Elements.....

....have not started on that one yet...but I think possibly I may try something this weekend. Hubby is gonna be installing the hardware for my digital video cam that I got too...so I sure will have a lot of "playing around" to do....

Nikki.....I do a lot of playing around with stuff like this. I think now I have about 4 photo programs not counting my video program. Yvonne..... we'll compare notes along the way!

Thanks tiff and Liz.....Liz...that Christmas card was fun to do. I did'nt do anything with Lakota....just took her from my snowy yard and put her on a snowfilled landscape. She turned out so dark because my back was facing the sun.
