i so love this barn!! now that i have some new batteries im going to get some inside barn pics. It has 3 HUGE stalls with the sliding doors. We are going to split each one into two. Then it has a pretty big tack room. The other side has nothing so that is where hubby is going to make me a grooming bay with water etc. so i can bathe and clip inside there.

The pics of the front didnt come out but come spring we will be fencing all of it and putting horses there too.

Kim the only bad thing about all this rolling land is there isnt a great place to drive. Right now im trying to find a flat spot to put the round pen but there arent many!!

Are you coming to the PA shows. I am not sure where in OH you are. But we have 3 very nice AMHR sanctioned shows all an hour from Pittsburgh. They are Butler, Hookstown, and Meadville.

WOW! It’s so beautiful there. Warm congrats to you and your family!

We just moved to our new home too. Lee’s mom came out over this weekend and helped with A LOT of the unpacking. It was hectic through the weekdays trying to get to work everyday, and dark by the time we get home every night. So this weekend was our only time we could really “dive†into all the boxes, LOL. But with her help…WE DID IT! Yayyy!!! Well, most of it all anyhow, LOL.

Now, I can try to give our two dogs a bath this week, hopefully tonight, so they can roam their new home and relax from their move too. Poor babies, we’ve had them in bedding crates for the last week and a half. With all the boxes and stuff in the way, there hasn’t been room for much “home living†till now, LOL. Last night, FINALLY, we put all the empty boxes in a pile and burned ‘em away. Yayy!

So now with clear walkways throughout, and “most†everything put away in all their new places, we can refocus back to “family days ahead†now. First things first though, them dogs need a good scrubbing for sure, LOL!

This coming weekend, we’re gonna see if we can get our very first fence line underway. WOOHoo!!

Thankgoodness it’s a long weekend. We might can even squeeze in a trip to visit our horses up in Bell, Fl. We hope so anyways. We’ll see, I guess.

You have a beautiful place Kay, I can see why you're so happy there. Do you think it will get as cold and wintery there as it does here? Not quite sure when, but we're definitely coming over to see you, gotta find a time when we don't have pups in the basement, horses in the barn that need medicating or mares due to foal. Oh yeah, and then theres the farmwork schedule. Hmmmmmm. Well, anyway, don't make the spare bed up for us just yet, but dang it, we'll make it sooner or later. And about the plain ol' cornfields in Illinois ---- I've gotta tell you they look even plainer, knowing you're not just across a couple of them and down the road. I do believe tho, on the heels of heck that you've been thru the past year or so, you are now exactly where you deserve to be. Enjoy enjoy enjoy.

ok ok i admit im guilty LOL. but in my own defense there were pics of the house on the back porch when we first bought it but the realtor took them off the net. Im just so dang thrilled ot have such a beautiful barn and pastures!

ginia we cant wait for you and ed to come visit! then you can go see the other ohio farms with me. Ill find them all before you get here
