I love the second one too, I actually have several like that, the other two Molly has happy ears but Im blinking (Go figure) I think I will use the second one

The pictures are all lovely BUT my VERY favorite is the 2nd. one. It shows so much about you and the love you feel for your horse.

They are all great, I would pick picture # 5 for my 2nd. choice.
