I did here them tell someone- you had to have a written letter from the hi point winner to pick up their awards. You might want to call Pinto and see what they say about your cart.

I'll find out this week whether they let Wendy take my cart back or not....bummer if not. I'll have to call Pinto and find out. I had checked at the office when I saw there was a possiblity and they took my cell number to call if it ended up being an issue....when they didn't call I figured I didn't get hi-point(any other prize would be shipped). I needed an easy entry cart! Oh well, I'm sure I'll get it one way or another. I stick to the Pinto shows mostly...and I'm not heading back your way anytime soon! What a drive!! OH!
