Please pray for my dad

Last year around this time my grandmother was diagnosed with leukemia and passed away this Spetember. In her honor my dad, who by the way is deffinatly not the running type if you know what I mean, has been training for months and months to run a 13.2 mile race in Disney World with Team In Training to raise money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. The race is early Saterday morning and he's leaving for my grandfather's house tonight and the two will set off for Florida Friday morning. Please keep him in your prayers, both for a safe trip there and back and for his run, which he is beginning to doubt his ability to complete !

Definitely in my prayers, remind him he should only run the distance that feels comfortable and not painful. The folks who run races like this appreciate the support but in no way want anyone hurt or ill.

Don't worry, I don't think my dad will get hurt. He has slowly been building up from being able to run 2 or 3 miles to 13 over many months, he's deffinatly ready he's just getting nervouse!
