I've read so many beautiful tributes and poems on this site, but I can't find any of them. I'm working on my scrapbooks today (home sick with the snots) and I'm working on a tribute/memory page for my ol' Dave-the-Bird. I would love to add a short poem or saying with the pictures. Would any of you mind sharing your beautiful poems again? I would really appreciate it.

Thank You.

You can visit my Rainbow Bridge page if you want to read some of mine, but I would rather they not be taken.

However, I would be happy to write one for you and your bird if you want. Just tell me somethings about him and I'll be glad to do it for you.

Do check out Martys site, it has great poems. There is one (i forget what it is titled) but its about a winged horse that died and came back ..my eyes water when i read it. Im going to go read it agian!

Thank you Leanna. That would be my old pony Frosty. It was a dream that I had, so real, so I wrote it down in a poem. I loved him very much.

I wish I could help you, but I have zero talent with words!

Hope you find some that fit just right.

There is one of your poems that i really connected with. Between my grandma and Grandpa's (dads side) graves there is this stone that says 'If tears could build a stareway and heartache a bridge, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you back agian'. I think thats the correct wording but im not sure ..its either bridge, path or something like that.

Agian, Check out her site and i soon will post some poems on my site. I had my english teacher look over a couple of mine and give some idea's. I like to keep mine original but my spelling is not what it could be
